Cushion cut main stone with smaller stones set in swirls and sides of band. A skull is sitting just below main stone on each "side" (4 in all) on band. Sterling silver is the metal. (Rhodium is electroplated over the silver for a shiny patina.) Diamonds are the stones. What a find! Comes with velvet box.
